Authors who publish with WAHYAIN: Journal of Quranic Sociology and Hadith agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Ownership
   Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.

2. Non-exclusive Distribution
   Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (for example, posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

3. Online Posting and Academic Dissemination
   Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchanges and earlier and greater citation of published work (see The Effect of Open Access).
