Analisis Tematik terhadap Nilai-Nilai Kehidupan Keluarga

Abstract

Maryam is a holy woman whose name is mentioned and immortalized in one verse of the Qur'an. Due to her special qualities, Maryam remains a topic of discussion today, especially in family matters. This study aims to examine the verses of the Qur'an related to this topic using a thematic approach, namely the story of Maryam in three chapters: Qs. At-Tahrim (66): 12, Qs. Al-Anbiya (21): 91, and Qs. Ali 'Imran (3) verses 36, 37, 42, 43, and 44. The method used is thematic analysis to identify the main patterns and meanings of the various verses discussing Maryam's family, as well as a contextual approach to understand the historical, cultural, and social situation during the life of Maryam's family. The results of the study indicate that there are four exemplary behaviors of Maryam's family in their household life: maintaining self-esteem and family honor, accepting God's decree and seeking His protection, obeying God and worshiping Him, and providing the best education for their children. This study contributes to efforts to provide a positive role model for other Muslim families.
