About the Journal
International Journal of Sharia Studies is an international scholarly journal that focuses on multidisciplinary studies of Sharia, including Islamic law, Sharia-based economics and finance, Islamic politics, contemporary Islamic thought, as well as social and humanitarian issues from a Sharia perspective. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to discuss the dynamics of implementing Sharia principles in global and modern contexts. The articles published emphasize critical, analytical, and contextual approaches, thereby contributing to the development of Sharia scholarship that is responsive to contemporary challenges, both at the theoretical and practical levels.
